Wister Lea Development Group's first project is scheduled to begin construction in the Fall of 2008 in the neighborhood of Rowland Park, Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. This stable community of homes was built between 1920 and 1940, combining many traditional styles of architecture in an eclectic, diverse mixture of bungalows, capes, ranches and colonials. A wonderful walking community surrounded by two beautiful golf courses, public parks and conveniently located near major highways and public transportation.

Below you will find an artist's rendering of the homes. Click on the image to review the floor plans.

These homes were designed by Don Marquardt of Black Dog Architects, Co.

Pre-Construction pricing begins at $539,900

Two Arts & Crafts foursquares will offer their future homeowners classic details like tongue & groove ceilings, over-sized porches, tapered columns, box-beamed ceilings in the dining room & built-in cabinetry. Combine these classic elements with all the modern conveniences of a fully-detailed custom kitchen with professional appliances, 2-zoned central air, 200 AMP electric service, high-efficiency gas-fired furnace, gas fireplace, full un-finished basement and an attached (over-sized) 1-car garage.

In the meantime, enjoy a few photographs of homes designed by The Bungalow Company and built by Brian Maury Real Estate and Bethesda Bungalows. These homes were our inspiration, and we look forward to introducing these classic styles to the Greater Philadelphia area next year.
